SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. AnnaMaezing Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AnnaMaezing Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Temperature- Sensitive Products

Some AnnaMaezing Creations products are made with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt during warm weather.

We take precautions when packaging temperature-sensitive products, including protective packaging when appropriate. However, we cannot control the temperature or handling of a package after it has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend tracking your package and retrieving it promptly after delivery, especially during warmer months. Avoid allowing packages to remain outdoors, in mailboxes, vehicles, or other hot environments for extended periods.

A product that softens or melts due to heat exposure is generally still usable once returned to a cooler temperature, although its original whipped texture or appearance may change.

Melting or softening caused solely by temperatures during transit is not considered product damage and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Orders returned to AnnaMaezing Creations because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before the order can be shipped again.
