Is the body butter suitable for all skin types?

Our body butter is formulated to provide rich, long-lasting moisture and can be enjoyed by a variety of skin types, especially dry skin. Because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a small patch test before full use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities.

How should I use my body butter?

For best results, apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage until absorbed. A little goes a long way! Focus on areas that need extra moisture, and use daily or whenever your skin needs a little extra love.

What happens if my body butter melts?

Because our body butter is made with rich butters and oils, warmer temperatures may cause it to soften or melt during transit. This does not affect the quality of the product. If melting occurs, place the jar in a cool area until it firms back up. The texture may change slightly, but your body butter is still perfectly usable.

How should I store my body butter?

Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the lid securely closed when not in use, and avoid introducing water into the jar to help maintain the quality and freshness of your product.

How strong is the fragrance?

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

How do you ship body butter during warmer weather?

During warmer temperatures, additional care may be used when packaging orders, including insulated packaging and ice packs when appropriate. While these measures help protect your order, melting can still occur during transit and does not affect the quality of the product.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
